How to Get Started with eLearning Courses

1. Go to www.napaautotech.com.
    
2.  Already have an account? Log onto the site.
   
   
3. Don't have an account? Your manager can create one for you. If you are a manager, call 800-292-6428 to get set up in your shop location. 
    
4. After logging in the first time, you will be prompted to change your password.
   
   
5. Subscribe to the eLearning courses by using the home page quick link, Purchase the All-in-One eLearning Subscription. You will instantly have access.
   
   
6. Access the eLearning courses going to My Training --> Course Catalog
   
   For a complete list of all the actions and tasks you can do on the website, go to Home --> New to Autotech Training and download a quick reference.  

Adding People and Making Assignments

1. Go to Shop Records and click on Add.  Fill in the required fields (marked with an asterisk *) and click Save.
    
2. Give the employee their user ID.  They will change their password the first time they log in.
   
   
3. To make an assignment to an employee, use the Course Catalog. Select a title and follow instructions.
     
   
4. When the employee logs in, they will have a list of assignments on their My Training page.
